Spoon Bread

Ingredients

5 Tbs butter

1 cup corn meal

1 tsp salt

2 cups boiling water

1 cup cold milk

4 eggs

Directions

Grease casserole and preheat oven to 425.

Mix corn meal and salt. Add boiling water and mix until smooth. Add milk. Beat eggs in one at a time. Add butter.

Pour into casserole and bake 25 to 30 minutes.
